Last week I began a week-long tour of Austria and Czech Republic with a focus on the Holocaust. The group consisted of folks mostly from the Seattle area, with a few from Florida. Many were educators. While many days we were wrung out emotionally, we did have time for more upbeat events; I begin my tour for you with a visit to the Vienna Opera House for a performance of The Marriage of Figaro. It was a lovely performance but probably more impressive was the Opera House. Enjoy.

We are on a train going from Montreal to Toronto. At the end of two weeks we will end up in Vancouver, BC.
